Fort Collins Spin e Scooters and Bikes

When driving through Fort Collins, you might notice a number of orange and white electric bikes and scooters scattered around the community. These Spin scooters and bikes became available to the public in July and we decided to give one of the scooters a whirl. You can access and pay for your scoot/bike rides with the Spin app, and it’s super cheap! With all the ozone pollution from fires and excessive traffic in Northern Colorado that’s been making it hard to breathe this summer, I’m all for these environmentally friendly alternatives to get around town. Honestly, I’m not sure who had more fun scooting around the neighborhood- my kids or my husband.

What I’m reading: I just finished reading Elizabeth Gilbert’s Big Magic, which essentially gives you permission to create without angst.

What I’m listening to: the Her (Original Score) album by Arcade Fire and Owen Pallett.

What I’m watching: We just finished The White Lotus on HBO Max and it was SO good. The music totally made it.
